Our Purging Concentrates are Proudly manufactured in South
Africa and can be applied in solving one of the most prevalent problems of the
thermoplastic industry – Reducing cost and saving time!
The purge allows for rapid color and material changes in all
thermoplastic-converting machines. It will also deal swiftly with the effect of
carbonization.
It can be used with most thermoplastic polymers and
effectively purges cylinders, extruder screws, hot runner molds, hot channel
dies, etc.
Eco Purge
- This product is used on PVC Polymers
- Processing melt temperature at a minimum 60˚C and maximum 300˚C.
Extru Clean XT
- PE-LD, PE-HD, PE-LLD, PP, ABS, and so much more.
- Processing melt temperature at a minimum 180˚C and maximum 400˚C.
Extru Clean Proper
- PE-LD, PE-HD, PE-LLD, PP, ABS, and so much more.
- Processing melt temperature at a minimum 60˚C and maximum 400˚C.
Limitations:
Not Suitable for Cross-linked Materials.
